i have 2000 jeep wrangler, which has always heated great, but this winter even when the jeep heats up, the air is always luke warm. I did replace air conditioner this summer.

What do you think the problem could be?

We just had a major Ice & snow storm here in Iowa. My 2004 Chevy Impala got stuck in the snow. I had to gun it to get it un-stuck. I drove it about 15 miles. It ran fine. I stopped at the store and let it run for over an hour while I was inside. Then I drove it about 1/2 mile up the road and it died. The battery is strong. It still turns over. It acts as if it's out of gas. It has 1/4 tank of gas in it and has always ran like crap when it only had 1/4 tank of gas. One person tells me I may have flooded it while getting it un-stuck from the snow. One person tells me It sounds like the fuel pump took a dump because he could'nt "hear it" when starting the car. Any suggestions? Facts about this car: 2004 Chevy Impala, 160,000 miles.
Ex-police car. Just had fuel filter changed and vapor cylinoide changed.

I just gotta ask this question. Doesnt it drive you nuts when people tell you to get a new car instead of fixing that beater you drive? I drive a 1993 GMC Safari minivan with over 212,000 miles that i owned since 2002. Recently the fuel pump quit, and i just had it replaced for $520.00. Before this happened the van always ran great, and i never had to add any oil before 3,000 miles. I had to get it fixed. I hated being without a vehicle, and it was too snowy to work on cars outside. When the people at work questioned me about the repair bill they told me i should of dumped the van, and bought a different vehicle. I think every vehicle has its pricey repairs no matter how old it is. My mom just spent over $350.00 fixing her brakes on her 2002 Dodge! As far as myself i am a conservative person who saves his money, and does not like a car payment.

About to take my full bike licence intensive course, but am already looking at potential bikes to buy. What's a good 500cc or similar bike for a 5"8 skinny lass who's very weak of arm?

There are high heel marks on the dash board of my car. The damage is purely superficial and in some ways it might be considered to be decorative. On the other hand I want to sell the motor now and I'd prefer to have them removed rather than explain them to the new owner..

Its a Mazda626.

I bought a sporty for my gf, got about 20 miles and it began pinging, then knockinging, then died. It seems like it lost compression since it rolled pretty easily in gear.

It had been sitting a long time before I bought it. I put fresh gas in it and thought It could wait until I got home to put fresh oil in it.

Does this sound like it could be lifters, piston, or valve problems? Yes, it's getting spark and gas.

We sold a trailer to my husband's coworker but did not receive payment outright for it (we've learned from our mistake). We did use a bill of sale/contract and still have the title in hand. The buyer took possession of the trailer about 2 years ago (husband has been deployed since so I can't do much about it until he returns next month). The price of sale was $475. Buyer refused to heed repeated requests or return calls for payment. This guy still works at the location to which my husband will be returning. When my husband comes home, what's our best course of action?

I have a 94 grand prix, and it is a hunk of junk. I thought about restoring it, but I think after college I am going to buy something else. I like trucks, jeep cherokee's, and older muscle cars. What time of model and year would be a good investment, low repair but I live in east tennesse so I want it to be able to off road well. Suggestions?

I reciently got into a car accident where I rearended someone. I was inbetween jobs at the time and I paid the insurance late, and was told that I WAS NOT INSURED AT THE TIME OF ACCIDENT. I have no credit, credit cards, and own a $2k truck. I rent a room from a home owner........My question is what will happen to me? Will his insurance supina me to court and sue, and even if they don't sue and just attempt to collect the approx. $4k in damage, CAN THEY GARNISH MY WAGES? Besides this incidnet, I have a safe drivers and haven't gotten into an accident in about a decade! Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

okay i think i saw it on a ford page..not sure

it was a two-wheeled motorcycle that had the thickest tires i have ever seen. and the engine was from a car or something..basically, it was the most devilish motorcycle i had ever seen. i think it was a concept or something that the makers were just playing around with..i know this sounds stupid..but the makers said that they just popped two wheels along with an engine with A LOT of horsepower onto a frame, and just did it for fun.

any ideas to what im talking about??

I'll be vacationing in Tahoe and making two trips. Is winter tires worth it or should I get chains? Is it advisable to put chains on a BMW 318ti? If so, where can I get good, cheap ones?

I live in California, if it isn't that obvious.

I am from Michigan and looking for a motorcycle tech school. I am willing to move and I like the sound of MMI but some people have said that there are other schools that cost significantly less. Does anyone know of any schools or have a list of them?
