Last month my BF and i went to look at some cars.We decided on a used Acura and started about the process of buying the car.My credit was pretty good in the low to mid 700's.
Anyways the dealer ran my credit what turned out to be multiple times.We decided not to get the car because of insurance issues.After looking at my credit report i see that the dealer ran my credit like 5 times through five different auto financing agencys. I was not informed in any way that my credit was being run multiple times.These are hard inquires and as a result my credit score has dropped significantly.
What can/should i do?

why do you spend so much money when you know that no matter how hard you try, it cant beat a jet. i guess it would be cool to have fast vehicles but only if aircrafts didnt exist.

but its too much like hooking up a beeper to make it the most reliable beeper. it would be cool if cellphones and pdas didnt exist.

Hi, can someone help me re-enabling my 98 nissan altima's power lock?
I was fooling around and with the alarm on I opened the drivers door with the key. This (apparently) disabled the power lock. After this when I activate the alarm (via remote or key fob) the doors don't lock, I have to lock them with the key!!! :(
Another thing that I noticed is that when I turn the engine on the doors don't lock, which happened before I disabled the power locks...
Hope this rings some bells and someone can give me an advice.

The miles are so low because the guy i got from would never drive it in rain, snow etc. I have never had anything wrong with it, the only problem with it is that there is a 1 1/2 inch rip in the cloth on the seats were the leather meets the cloth (so the seam). other that that nothing is wrong with it!!

This is for a leased Jeep. My husband and I will be sharing this vehicle. We do mostly city/suburban driving. We do take a long distance vacation about once or twice during the duration of the lease.

We currently have a 2004 Buick Regal with leather interior. It only has about 41,000km (25,477 miles) on it. We'd like to stick with leather seats because we have two dogs...no children...and leather is easier to clean.

We aren't really interested in the Jeep Wrangler because of the size and insurance costs. We've test driven the 2008 Compass, 2008 Patriot, 2008 Liberty, and 2008 Grand Cherokee Diesel. We're really leaning toward the Patriot Limited or the Liberty Limited.

We've test driven the Buick Allure and we like it well enough, but there is far too much cheap and easily scratchable plastic "burled wood" trim. If we were to get the Allure, I'm afraid I'd feel that I paid good money for a car I didn't get. (We really love our Regal but the lease is about to run out)
