i saw a picture of one like this from a car show several years ago and have never forgotten it.
a checker marathon taxi that had been widened and slammed. it had a big block chevy engine, by all appearances it was properly done with no detail left undone the paint was taxi yellow and still sported the checker board livery stripes and roof lamp
ok while this isn't an eco friendly machine, it would be just the thing to show up in at a class reunion or a great bride and groom getaway car

That's the XK! I like Jags too. I bought a 2004 (pre owened of course) But it is a XJ sedan. They are really great cars, get good gas mileage and the newer ones are not bad to maintain, believe it or not. But my absolute dream car is a ASTON MARTIN VANQUISH, that car is sooo beautiful!! Good luck getting the XK, they don't make that one anymore so maybe you can buy a pre owned one.
