Last week there was a man in the paper that had been stuck infront of a mack truck. His wheelchair had become stuck to the front of a mack truck and was pushed down the highway. I have been looking for the article but haven't been able to find it. I was wondering if any one else had heard about it and would possibly know the link. I live in the Pennsylvania area. I think it was along the Eastern coast. Thank you very much.

I have a 1995 lexus sc400 and decided to drive it one winter, totally ruining the front bumper paint. The car is a very light metallic, sparkly, blue so i'm assuming paint won't be cheap. Any estimates?

The rear ac fuse under the dash and the one under the hood in the fuse panel are both good. The blower won't turn on at all. Neither the front control or the rear control work.

95 NISSAN WILL NOT STAY CRANKED BUT WILL START RIGHT BACK UP. ALL THIS STARTED WHEN I TURNED ON MY A/C. THE ONLY WAY TO KEEP IT RUNNING IS TO PUT MY FOOT ON THE GAS AND BREAKS AT THE SAME TIME. ONCE AGAIN I HAVE A 1995 NISSAN 200SX.

I have worked on alot of engines but never an outboard 2 cycle, so here goes:
1) The engine is a 1973 Johnson 25 hp, and it idles fine, but from 1/2 throttle to 3/4 throttle it sounds like its running on 1 cylinder and then goes to 2 firing cylinders, and cycles between the two. Just bought it and previous owner says he changed the ignition points, but not sure if he installed them correct. Where are the points, in the distributor?

2) At full throttle it runs fine (and on 2 cylinders) for about 15 seconds and then starts to lose some of its power, but continues to go on two cylinders. Its rubber suction ball style gas tank with no fuel pump, and I wondered if the engine gets starved for gas at full throttle? The gas line is 5/16" I.D., so I figured it was fine but I may be wrong.

I have a 351 4 bolt main hooked up to a 400 turbo tranny. It has a whining noise to it and it has to warm up for about 10 mins. before the truck will move and then slip when you try getting on it. Not sure what it is and was wondering if its worth rebuilding. Any and all answers will be appreciated. Thanks!!!!

I'm installing a new stereo on my 10 year old BMW. The one that I'm replacing is also not from BMW, but not the same brand as this new one. So I need to redo the wiring to the ISO connection lead.

Everything is fine, just connecting same colors together. But there's an Orange wire on the connector labeled "illumination". There was an orange wire on the old stereo, but there's no orange wire on this new system. There's no "illumination" on the manual either.

What is the orange wire for? Is it OK to ignore it?

I have a 1989 Toyota Camry V6 2.5L.
What type of OBD scanner do I need? Most shops out here say that they use a OBDII scanner and that it won't work on my car?

Do I need a OBDI?

I've had this problem for a while and it's driving me nuts. I will take it to mechanic, but would like to know first if there's something I can do for it. Sometimes it starts, sometimes, doesn't. The thing is, battery is fairly new and I got it tested at AutoZone yesterday, it's fine. If it doesn't start, no noise comes out, but the fan kicks in occasionally. Also, when I give it a jump start, it starts right away. Also, when I got a push start yesterday (it's standard), it kicked in right away. They tried to tell me it was the ignition switch. Doesn't seem like. Maybe cables around the battery? Usually, when I jump start it, it will start on its own next few times. It's like it needs a boost once in a while. The nods on the battery were already changed. Please advise.

This happened in Irving, Texas where I live. After the train had passed the arms stayed down for some reason and about 10 cars ahead of me when through them over the tracks anyway. I saw no other way out so I followed them. I was the one who got a ticket for it. I have heard that this is a particularly bad ticket. Does anyone know how much it costs and if I can do defensive driving? I can't find out for 7 days until I can go to the courthouse to deal with the ticket.

I want to put a new stereo in my 2005 Trailblazer but cannot find a wire adapter (harness?) to go on it. Evidently I need a special one that splits to the stereo and to the door dinger. It just has a basic stereo/cd player in it right now (factory), no onstar or anything special. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

I have a 2003 Chevy Duramax truck. I have been getting a bad leak on my driver side floorboard. When i looked behind the center consol, I found the water was coming out of the air conditioning duct that goes to the rear outlets. Sometimes i get condinsation that comes out of the center vent also. Any idea what the problem is?

Im buying a 1994 Mustang GT from a friend. It's suped up and has subwoofers. The owner is asking for 5,000. Is this too much? Would 4200 be more reasonable? gas mileage: 135,000

Also, how long do these cars last? 200,000 miles?
