The rear ac fuse under the dash and the one under the hood in the fuse panel are both good. The blower won't turn on at all. Neither the front control or the rear control work.

The rear blower won't operate unless the front blower switch is on. If the front is not operating, the neither will the back. Cheapest and best bet is the blower resistor, the blower resistor is on the passenger side of the vehicle under the wiper module.

I agree with justme, It is most likely the blower motor resistor. The mopar part # is 4677180AD. It will cost you about $15.00 at your local dealership. You can also give that part # to any auto parts store like Napa or Auto Zone and they should be able to cross the number for you.

Hope this helps.

the blower motor either froze up from lack of use or the brushes in the motor stuck and are not rubbing the commutator inside that motor. could be a broken wire leading to the motor. if the motor is in a door it may be a broken wire. good luck
