95 NISSAN WILL NOT STAY CRANKED BUT WILL START RIGHT BACK UP. ALL THIS STARTED WHEN I TURNED ON MY A/C. THE ONLY WAY TO KEEP IT RUNNING IS TO PUT MY FOOT ON THE GAS AND BREAKS AT THE SAME TIME. ONCE AGAIN I HAVE A 1995 NISSAN 200SX.

Have you checked your air filter. The nissans (i got a 96 maxima) engines are awesome in my opinion. But if you don't change the air filter on those things they chug out on you. The fact that it starts and as long as you give it gas continues could be many things including Fuel injection problems. But check your filter first. It is a $10 solution and easy to do yourself right now. Go go go.

High idle solenoid isn't working.
The A/C draws power from the engine. When you turn the A/C on there is a small solenoid that opens the throttle a little more than idle to make up for the pull on the engine from the A/C.

YOU SHOULD GET THE VEHICLES COMPUTER SCANNED AND CHECK FOR ANY PROBLEMS AS WELL AS CODES AND THEN YOU WILL HAVE A GOOD IDEA ON WHAT THE PROBLEM TRULY IS.

TRY FINDING AN INDEPENDENT SHOP INSTEAD OF THE DEALER OR A CHAIN STORE BECAUSE YOU WILL BE OVERALL MORE PLEASED WITH THE FINDINGS AND THE SERVICE.

Sounds like you might have an idle adjustment that needs to be done (unless it is fuel injected, then you may need to get the injectors cleaned...)
