Hard. Traffic lights. Stop Signs. Pedestrians at the traffic lights, stop signs and sometimes between the blocks. Look out the children (run and play with the ball) at the playgrounds, parks and sidewalks. And be patient for the elders.

its easy once you get used to it ,basically the same rules apply to driving anywhere, its just a little bit more busier on public streets than in neighborhood roads, and you have to pay attention a little more, people will stop dead in front of you ,so you just have to remain aware of whats going on around you,as well as in back and front of you,but that's basic driving skills,we should be this aware all the time anyway.good luck with it.

Freeway driving is easier than driving on city streets. Just follow the signs to your exit. Hardest part is merging in but after a while it becomes automatic to you.
