Get him a job and a bus pass!

Is it his first time ? If so, he would just get some big fine on that, community services and such as. I dont' think they will jail him if it is his first time . He won't be able to get a driver license for about a year. By the way, he wasn't DUI right?

Well if he's already got the underage drinking on his record. He will get arrested for the driving without a license, and a big fine for the no insurace, and probably some comm. service. But the real thing is going to be whoever he hit is going to sue the crap out of him because he didnt have any insurance, and if he cant pay it, then its prison time.

PHAT fines, and if he doesn`t wotk, he will have garnishment when he does find work, so he will only make minimum wage for as long as he owes money. He sounds like a dumshitz for driving without a license. Get a new boyfriend, one who will be able to support YOU and not the other way around.

Arent the cute ones always losers?

Dump him now and cut your losses, he's a loser. Big fine, no chance of getting a license for years, and probably his friend's car that he was driving is going to the impound yard. Once he gets to court they *might* decide some county time would get his attention, depends on how crowded the jail is and the mood of the judge.

Well.. he will probably get a big fine and his licensed suspended for a long time... and thats pretty much where it will stop with the legal system.

Now, the big trouble hes going to get in here is if he was at fault and hit another vehicle...

he will be responsible for all damages to the vehicle, as well as rental, as well as medical bills for the at fault party.. this will likely be in the thousands if not tens of thousands of dollars.

Now my question is- why would you associate with such a loser?

Brace yourself. He needs to get a clue. He gets caught drinking when he's underage. THEN he drives a car without a license AND without insurance. Not too bright.

Well he's not going to go to prison if that's what your asking. He will get a rather large fine and since he doesn't have a license and never has, he doesn't have to worry about getting his license suspended. He could get community service or probation and will most likely get sued. And since he didn't have insurance on that car, expect it to be BAD for him.

To put it bluntly, he's screwed.

you picked him, he won't have a license for quite awhile, not to mention paying everything he makes for damages, they will tow the vehicle and him to jail, smarten up, if he's like this now, what makes you think it won't get worse, or you one of those gals that find a hard case to "change"
