Fueling on wood means it was a steam engine nothing you can retro your car to do

You would have to learn about distillation of wood into ethanol...

Only problem is, the amount of energy needed to and time frame would be cost prohibitive

its sounds like you are referring to a engine out of a car setting on blocks.... connect a rubber fuel ine to you metal tube gas line connect a three way line to it. top side attach a primer ball on one side attach rubber gas line , the one you attached to the engine line and add another piece of rubber gas line to the remaining part of the tee andput it in a container of gas,prime bulb feeds engine connect starter wires to battery. and you have it
