hello people, i am going to fit a dixie horn ( I know, pure cheese) to my car, just for a laugh but as i have a racing steering wheel with only 1 botton for the horn I want to fit a slyly hidden changeover switch. i was wondering where i caould get something like this and how i would fit it.

thanks

Hey everyone,
Went a Hyundai dealership today to look at a new Elantra. I really liked it and wanted to buy it today and the sales manager said "we'll see if we can make the numbers work."

However, he wanted me to fill out a credit application before we went any further. I have good credit (712 score) and told them that I had checked it in the last month and that I wanted to know how much the payments were based on that score. I had several other dealerships to visit and didn't want to get checked 4-5 times, which looks bad. I also said if I was off on my score if they had a good price, that we could alter it based on what they found. He refused to help me any further without the credit application filled.

My best friend was able to negotiate on a new Yaris without the credit application and when they struck a deal, they checked it because he was happy with buying the car at the payments offered and everything went through smoothly.

Was I being unreasonable?

It only does it on long rides, and goes away if I blip the throttle. The bike still runs perfect, no ticks or other engine noises. I take really good care of the bike, changing the oil every 3000. I use full synthetic race oil, 10w-40. Any suggestions would gretly be appreciated. Thanks

While in 5th the bike locked up for a second then died...I started it back up and about half and hour later it did the same thing and now i cant get it started. I tried new spark plug, completely cleaned the carburator, but dont have much experience taking the top end apart. Any ideas what it is? I'm guessing i blew the top end.

I found one port, but the valve from the recharge kit does not fit it. I am afraid it is the wrong side. The port I can find is located just to the left of the fan shroud and is easily accessible. Where do I locate the LOW side port to recharge the system? This isn't an US/Metric thing, is it? Since the valve did not fit, I wondered. THANKS!

I know in Phila, PA the law changed a couple of years ago. I don't understand. Aren't a lot more people gonna die now due to the lack of head protection if they were to get in an accident?

I just got my fluids all checked and filled last month so I'm not sure what the problem is, but it is brown looking in my radiator. It was also making a hissing sound and smoking, I added engine coolant last night bc it was overheating on the side of the rode, In the morning I drove it to see if there would be a problem , brought it back and it was still hissing and there was antifreeze down in my car, WHAT is wrong?? How much would it be to fix? Thanks

American railroads were taken away by the Mexican government early in the twentieth century. It seems to me that Mexico lost a lot by this. Was efficient rail travel to and within Mexico one example of this loss?

Was San Francisco to Guadalajara one non-stop journey available without changing trains or cars? If so, are there any records of travel on this route? How long did it take? Were there Pullman cars? What did the trip cost? Did anybody write about it?
