I have a 2002 Dodge Durango STX 4wd. It has two options 2wd and 4 lock. When I put in 4wd And turn the wheel all the way either left or right. and put the transmission in gear it jerks slowly foward till i give it gas then it stops. Is this normal?

i bought my jeep almost a year ago and i've been doing ALL of my oil changes at the dealer. the dealer is like a 30-minute drive from my house (really out of my way). the manual says go to the dealer, but do i necessarily HAVE to? or could i just go to MIDAS or something?

Hi guys, my question is about this radio. I can't seem to get any help from the becker company without them charging a ridiculous amount of money. I got this old car a few weeks ago. I really like it but the radio doesnt work. Not that's its broken, but when I turn on the car it just says "Wait..." and blinks that forever (or at least I think, at least for 25 minutes it did this then I just stopped trying). I thought it was broken but I read this was an anti-theft feature of the radio. How do I get it so that it asks me to enter the code and then I can enter it and get it working again!, thanks!

I have not bothered to put P plates on but i do seem to keep on making minor mistakes,like stalling or leaving bloody indicators on but i seem to notice ppl bibbing at me and it knocks my confidence even more but my partner says it does me good to get out on my own lol.I am worried though that ppl will still get furious with me (i do get road rage)but i should nt as they dont know i suppose that im still finding my little way,what do you all think on this?will it change ppls way with me or shall i just carry on -i feel embarrassed when i do something wrong but my man says its just practise HELP!.

A chipmunk keeps getting into my car (under the hood). It is causing serious damage to the car. The Auto Shop guy has no idea how to keep the animal OUT of the car. Any ideas? i have a 95 chev sub 5.7 l. new alternator, new battery. i am having problems keeping my battery charged. it will be at 12.8 v when i leave to go to work but when i get to work about 40 miles it will be a t 11.9 v. one thing i noticed is when i press down on the brakes the engine makes a different noise like it loses power. i am also having problems with my rear lighting. is there a corelation between braking and my battery not keeping its charge? i do have a small draw coming from somewhere but overnight it doesnt really do alot to the voltage, maybe .3-.5 loss. please list every suggestion you can think of, i mean anything.

This only applies to cars that can be unlocked by remote button. Should you lock your keys in the car and the spare keys are home.

If some one has access to the spare remote have them telephone you on your cell phone.

Hold your cell phone about a foot from your car door and have the other person on the phone press the unlock button aiming it at the phone while you point your phone at the car

Your car will unlock. I tried it and it works. Saves someone from having to drive your keys to you. Distance is no object.
