Has anyone heard that international is going to quit delivering 6.4L's to ford for the new 2008 superduty?

Navistar stopped delivering the engines and the plant had to cut production. A MI. judge had a ruling that they had to provide the engines and Ford had to pay them for the engines. There was a dispute over warranty costs, that Ford wanted Navistar to pay, so Ford was withholding payment on the engines we received.

Navistar is shipping engines and the Kentucky Truck Plant is back in business. Plus Ford has thousands of engines sitting in the bank.
