I put some oil in the car today - and about 5 mins later all this really thick smoke came out of the exhaust - it stunk and made it hard to drive.
I have tried starting the engine several times - but this smog comes out.

The airbags have been checked and are intact and safe.
However the dashboard warning light for the airbags comes on and stays on. Is there anyway to get rid of this light without spending £sss for a peugeot dealer to plug in a computer for 20 seconds.

My car makes a noise OCCASIONALLY when in REVERSE only. Sounds like a high pitched quieted horn (eeeeee). Its a honda accord and it makes the noise even if im not breaking or turning the wheel, going faster or slow, but not 100% of the time.

My brother says the sensor is just shot and that there is NO need to take it in for just that, but I don't want to cause more damages while I wait for my tune up appt. And I didn't want to take it in early cuz I was hoping to use my Bonus to pay for it in a month.

Can someone please tell me what they think this might be and if I need to take it in immediately?

SO HERES THE DEAL, I WANT TO FORCE A 2JZGTE INTO AN AE86. HOWEVER, IT'S NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE IF IM NOT THE FIRST OR ATLEAST ONE OF VERY FEW PEOPLE WHO HAVE EVER DONE SO. SO HAS ANYONE EVER SEEN AN AE86 WITH A 2JZGTE CRAMED UNDER THE HOOD.


PS. YES I KNOW IT WILL REQUIRE CUTTING AND IT WILL BE EXTREMLY TIME CONSUMEING AND RATHER EXPENSIVE

I have a 2001 Jeep Cherokee Sport 4x4 - turn signals have been acting funny for a month or so - sometimes they freeze in mid-flash. Well this morning they stopped working all together - the signals outside don't light up and the display inside doesn't light up. The hazards still work fine, however. Is this just my turn signal switch/module?

My daughjter has been persuaded by a boyfriend to consider the Nissan Versa as a better car over the wishes of her parents who are willingly to buy her a HOnda Fit as her graduation present. The parents have never bought anything other than three hondas First, a Civic asnd then two Accords. The father's sister and brother in law have recently both switched from Saturns to the ACcord and the Hybrid Civic..
What does the Nissan have to offer that makes it better than the Fit? The Fit is number one in Fuel efficiency for its category..

The Nissan Versa has a Xtronic CVC transmission...(is that a centrifical one that a continualy changes to provide better fuel effiency and a smoother ride ? Or what>>>ANy crash test results that anyone knows of as well? Let me know...I was not impressed with the information on The Versa but have not driven it although I have driven the Fit..My ego can handfle it if the Versa is really better thann the Fit but from what I read I am not convinced.

If due West is zero degrees, due North is 90 degrees, due East 180 degrees, and due south 270 degrees, at what angle is the sail to be set at if the wind is coming from due west, and you want to go due west?

I would have thought it wasn't possible at all, but i've been told it was possible. When I pressed for an explanation, no satisfactory answer was given.

What if the wind is coming from due North and you want to go due West, at what angle is the best way to position the sail?

My gauge goes to Discharge until i accelarate then to charge.I figured it was the battery so i bought a new one.Well the new one seems weaker then the old one.The belts sqeel a bit.Should i buy some of that belt adhesive? I don't think it's tha alt cause like i explained it charges at a fast idle or when driving faster,let off the gas and it goes right back down into the discharge zone with the red warning light.
