you put in too much oil and now with the starting problems your gas has mixed with your oil. Too much oil in the car will eventually crack the block of the engine. Go get and oil change done, You will also probably need a tune up now. New plugs because oil is in the plug wells.
. If it won't start, have it towed to a garage you can trust.

If the smoke is kinda blue you may be burning oil and need some immediate engine service. also clouds of smoke during start-up sometimes happens from not warming your vehicle up regularly, and can be a sign of piston ring failure. but you might be able to figure out the problem if you can get under the car while parking brake is engaged and car is running to look for exhaust leaks. If none of this helps try doing a tune-up if possible

Yup too much oil. drain some out, wait for an hour or so. Then run the motor. eventually the excess will burn out of the exhaust system. in the meantime you're stuck with the smoke and the smell.

You put too much oil in it. You've dampened the spark plugs and hence the black smoke. Check the dispstick to see at what level the oil is. Then, you'll have to get the oil drained, the spark plugs cleaned and the oil replaced to its proper level. Don't worry it happens to everyone at first.

check your dipstick and see what your oil level is,
also you might have spilt oil on the exhaust and it just needs to burn off the excess, or you can take it to most car washes and use the degreaser and then rinse the engine, taking care not to wash the distributor or place the power wand near any electrical connections

Before you add ANY fluid to your car you should always check the level....FIRST!
Anywho...like everyone else said...too much oil. You'll need an oil change and fresh spark plugs.

yeah, if it came out of the exhaust, i would say you overfilled it. check the dipstick. ok, from L to F is one quart...if you have more than half a quarts worth over the F...i would drain it to the F mark...be sure to check the dipstick before starting again.
