there under the coils under the removeable plates on top of the engine

The same way you install a plug in any car, remove the wire, the old plug, and install the new plug. I think you need to be more specific in your question. Is there a particular plug you cannot see or reach? Some of the front wheel drive cars you may have to do from underneath the car or even unbolt the motor and tip it forward to change the back plugs.
