Hi.

my A/C was running and then it just quit working. Light is on if I turn the knob to 1,2, or 3(but no air).

If Iturn to the max 4 A/C light is OFF but fan start working.

Everything just stopped working all together. The car still starts and drives fine but the speedometer stopped working and the dash message is "fuel computer data error". Odometer stopped working as well as the AC, the rear mount brake light,and license plate lights.

These are the codes that my mechanic came up with

The thing is that I don't know what to do next, I looked under the dash and my Front Electronic Module # is XF2T-13C788-AB

I called an online retailer, but the guy confused me even more by telling me that there is more than one computer in my car, so I don't know what to do next. The mechanic I originally took it to wants $1000 just to start working on the Van. I can't afford paying that, so I need you guys' help or at least the websites of some good mechanics who can help me. Thanks

comming from a big city i never need a car. I could take a cab wherever i stop back home. NOw i live in Mobile AL and there is NO transportation beliveve it or not i had to wait the other day 4 hrs for a cab... well since i don't know anyone here i know if i have a car i can practice to take my test without being afraid of fail it. Is it possible to do a compressions test on a motor that is completly out of a car?
I need to know if a motor is good before bought, is there any other way to check check if a motor is good short of a dyno? If the compressions test shows the motor compresses fine, what other could be wrong with the motor that would not be worth fixing or is unfixable?

so she woke up this morn and her car was gone. it was repo'ed . a 600 dollar check bounced that she had but they released the title to her and its in her name. is it legal for them to repo it when she has the title in her name?

I was entering the highway from the right lane which was about to become another exit. I had my left blinker on, checked my mirrors to see if the right lane was clear. All was clear, so I merged in. In a flash, this beige car appeared in front of me and nearly swiped the front of my car. It came from the middle lane and was going so fast towards that right exit ramp. This driver had to the nerve to look around at me and give me a glare! Meanwhile: she was speeding, exiting the highway from a middle lane and had plenty of opportunity to get in the right lane BEHIND me to take that exit. I was going 60 mph and increasing to the max so it was not like I was a slowpoke. Why the heck couldn't she have slowed down and got BEHIND me in the right lane and taken that exit correctly. Instead she put me and families lives at risk.

Thanks to anyone who read this far. Just had to get that off my chest, now back to work.
