I just spent $1800- getting my transmission rebuilt. I had it for 2 wks, and it wouldnt shift. The mechenic shop came and got it to fix it again. This time since it was under warranty. They charged me another $584- for different parts on this transmission. I went and got the truck today, and it is leaking transmission fluid..Can I stop payment on the check I wrote today cause it is still not fixed? also, can I take them to small claims court for a refund? I dont want them touching it anymore. The truck had a puddle of trans fluid at the shop before I picked it up, they are denying it. Now my rear end is messed up also. What can I do leaglly? please help, they want to come get my truck tomorrow to put it back in the shop. the other part is they have had this vechicle for 9 weeks the second time around. Please Anyone with any advice would be appreciated. thanks so much

I know it like a loan, and if person dies, vehicle paid off. But when good ol'e boy(car salesman and my dad) that have known each other for 30yrs get together, and dealer knew my dad had every illness there was and they still let him sign policy. All I'm saying is if the dealership knows person has illnesses that don't qualify, then don't give application. And by the way COCHISE, my mother was not there with my dad when he got vehicle and she also has stated that dad should not have signed(FRAUD!) and dealership shouldn't have even pulled it out. Credit life should have people do a physical when they are applying, instead of when they die ask for all medical records, and talk about digging the body up for autopsy. We plan to write an article in paper telling people about this so called credit life and dealerships, it's all wrong on everyone's part.

Which one of these USED Cars is going to be the LEAST EXPENSIVE with NAVAGATION and LEATHER? Navagation and Leather are the biggest things i look for in a car. Here's the list, remember there all going to be a bit used because i can only spend $20,000-$25,000 BMW 3 XI, VW Passat, Acura TSX, Scion TC, Mazda 3, Cadillac CTS, Lexus IS 300, (2007) Toyota Carmy, Saab 9-3???? Any other suggestions?

I'm 18 years old and I snowboard. ( hint hint, I need a car to fit my board on or in or both) I don't want a granny car, but I also can only afford so much. I will pay no more than $4,000. I don't want a ford and i can't get an SUV. So don't even sugest it. I need something that has good mpg and is safe and reliable.

I think she made a mistake because this hybrid car has parts that will break in a few years and it will be very expensive to fix and buy replacement parts. She's saving a ton on gas but she'll lose money in the long run because she'll probably keep the car for 10 years or more. What do you know about it or what do you think?

its 2,800 need new paint and iinterior guy says he gave complete retoration/6 CYL, 3 SPEED AUTOMATIC. NEW ELECTRICAL WIRING EXT. LIGHTS, NEW TIRES, NEW BRAKE JOB. i am looking for a temporary fix........I would at least like to be able to drive the car to a repair shop, or if I can, get some more miles out of it before I have to have the head repaired.......the product is called "block seal", and it says it stops radiator leaks, and also engine leaks......it says to drain your cooling system and put it in the radiator........is this type of product worth trying??
