Is there an easy way to find TDC with the pulley attached? I don't want to remove all the accessory belts and take the pulley off. Are there marks on the pulley, or should I use a probe in the spark plug hole to find the top of the stroke? Which piston would I use?

I have a 1997 Pontiac Grand Am. I have been having problems with it overheating for about the past year. I think we have narrowed it down to the sensor. Where is the sensor that tells the fan when to kick on and cool off the coolant and engine located?

I also need to say that I would have no clue as to how to install the system unless I was told how. The current radio is a dial unit that does not even turn on when the truck is running. I would need to know how to remove it properly, and how to install the head unit, amp and sub.

I might be visiting Germany, and I'd love to pay a visit to the legendary "Green Hell" If anyone's been there, some advice and or stories would be great. Plus, where to rent a nice car (prefferably a BMW) for the track day.

i for one am totally against this. i mean, why should kids get special treatment? i have seen a few kids in my time behaving unruly, rowdy, swearing on the bus, mucking around and i've seen a couple pressing the emergency button whilst the bus was moving and the idiots jumped out of the bus while it was moving! unbelievable eh? although not all of them are like this of course. some are behaving impeccably and set a exemplary example to others. but why shouldn't they pay, as well? we have responsibilites as adults, and the same applies to children. or has the likes of ken livingstone forgot about that?

i just took my car to a mechanic to have him look at my car, he told me he would diagnose it for $60 and to come back tommorow and he would let me know. i went back to pick it up and the guy told me that "i didnt want to know what was wrong with the vehicle" when i told him i did i didnt care what the problem was or how much to fix it, he told me i was better off not knowing and wouldnt tell me what was wrong, he just told me to buy a new car, he then made me pay him $60 to get my car back and i left without even knowing what was wrong, what should i do now?
