I had the same kind of problem with mine. I took mine into the dealership and the guy at the parts counter had to get a guy to reprogram my buttons to my car.
The time before that he had me to press the top two buttons on my remote, but before that replace the batteries then press the top 2 buttons at the same time.

You may be dealing with more than one battery. The remote has its own battery, but the receiving unit in the car probably also has its own battery. I think it's time to take it unit back to the installer and take your lumps to correct it. B.

it happens to me too it probably got disprogramed or the battery just didnt work again
