my car was in a flood and i read my insurance policy and it says it doesn't cover comprehensive damage. I looked it up to see what it meant and it said comrehensive meant 'accidental damage', but the only things it listed were fire, theft, vandalism, hail, and a few other things, but nothing about water damage. do you think they'll help me?

what do you do to fix a flood car? it was submerged about two feet in brackish water for about an hour. the oil and transmission are both overfilled, indicating water in each (possible engine damage if my car is ran) what about all the sensors and air filters?....ahhhhh!

I'm 18 years old, i snowboard and do a lot of outdoor activities. I was going to get a larger car like maybe a small SUV but then decided not to because of mpg etc. I've decided to go with a honda since they get such good gas mileage. The thing is i'm not sure what would be better...an accord or civic. I was leaning more towards an accord because their larger but i'm really not sure. So I need advice.

What are you looking to get? I'm thinking of either a 1998 Honda accord, 1994 accord or older. Or maybe a honda civic. An older one. How much are you looking to spend? I plan to pay no more than 5,000. I figure i probably won't get the 1998 Honda accord because i don't think i could find one for that cheep, but we'll see.

i bought a 97 pathfinder. was told the engine had been changed to a newer model. dont know what year. just 3.3 nissan. trans is automatic 250. all parts stores say this is the right starter. nissan says this is the right starter & the right flywheel.i did take it out. took flywheel & starter. showed them to nissan parts deptment & auto parts stores. there are no numbers stamped in flywheel. but nissan says it is the right one. everyone sayes ! the teeth have groves that face the starter. this is the way i put it back in. it still eates 3/8 of an inch off the front of the starter. i had nissan order right starter? same as old one! want work. plan to take flywheel back out and order new one. nissan claimes thier is no factory shem for this vehicle. iguess i will have to make a 1/2 inch shem. really dont to. would rather have proper factory parts. does anyone know where i can get information i need. maybe someone out there has had this prblem. or better yet solved it before.if nissan does
