Which is the Ambient Air Temperature Sensor on a 2002 Ford Windstar - 3.8 L. Can anyone tell me and location.

Look closely at the air induction tube from the air filter. There should be a small sensor in the air stream, probably with three wires in it. If you are getting a code, chances are that someone didn't reconnect it or insert it when they serviced the air filter.
