what about my vehicle registration? Can I renew my California vehicle registration even though I'm temporarily living in Pennsylvania? (this is for two years, while I'm in graduate school)

Hi, Recently my car began to overheat on the interstate. the gauge went way past the high mark and i had to stop the car. I turned the heater on and a blast of hot air came out then cold air started blowing even though i put it on the highest temperture. I eventually drove home and my car is constantly overheating. i added coolant and water to the radiator overflow tank and ran the car on idle. even on idle the car still overheats. the coolant tank is full and the heater is still blowing out cold air. can someone tell me why this is happening?

I need to cut 2 out of 6 cylinders on a hot rod engine retro fitted in a power boat. I want to do this while shifting from neutral to forward or reverse since there is no clutch. As the engine idle RPM is a bit too fast, I want to cut 2 cylinders while shifting to reduce the impact on the stern drive mechanism. Any ideas... a regular toggle switch on the spark plug wires won't do the trick on the high voltage ignition ...

Well im putting heads on my 5.0 mustang and the compression ratio is going to bumped up to 9.8. Im using MR. Gasket for the heads. Im stumped on if I should use ARP bolts or use my stock ones. Im thinking I should use the ARP because of the higher possiblity of blowing a head gasket with higher compression ratio. Am I correct is it a good idea to use ARP.

i have a '93 Pathfinder that ran with the thermostat stuck open for 40,000 miles. finally, i replaced it when i got the car from my dad, but it missed a lot and ran rough when engine was cold. now, it also misses some and runs rough when warm, too. but here's the weird part...if i turn the A/C on, the engine smoothes out...why is this?? you'd think i'd be the opposite, wouldn't you? i tried replacing spark plugs and wires, didn't help at all. my theory was that there were carbon deposits on the inside of the combustion chamber due to running cold for so long, but why does it smooth out when the a/c is on?

paid already an ungodly amount of money, they kept the car for 8 months now and still give me the run-around about needing more parts and / or more money to fix it.
I'm sick of it - what can I do? Any good attorneys out there?

My husband and I own a 2005 Nissan Sentra & paid around $15,200 for it. Turns out we got screwed by the dealership and now we need to get rid of it. The thing is, we are still working on the down payment, Would any dealership, other than the one we bought it from or just a regular person want to buy it? We're offering $12,500 for it and someone would need to take up the payments or get it re-financed.
