IRS...Your car has an Indepent Rear Suspension.
Bring it to an alignment shop or a local garage that can do suspension work. Not a chain like midas, though.
You may need new shocks or springs.
You may need a 4 wheel alignment.
You may have worn bushings or suspension components.
Good luck. Being a 'Vette, the repairs may not be cheap.

Corvettes have independant rear suspension. Your almost 30 year old Vette will have worn bushings. The strut rods are what holds the rear wheels upright. It must be a bear to drive like that. But it will be worth the expense to tighten it up.
Thing is, your front suspension is probably just as worn.

Oh boy I could tell horror stories getting the camber right on the rear of old vettes. Do not drive much until you know the rear u joints on the half shafts are good. When one outside u-joint fails on the freeway It is able to tear off the rear fender and part of your left arm so be careful. Get the whole car looked over by a Vette Person who owns and repairs only Vettes. Because they know locally where to get the best parts cheaply

those vettes have independent rear suspension, which means that they need to be aligned just like the front does. find a reputable shop that can do this. nothing is necessarily broke but the mechanic will point out anything that is. good luck and enjoy that vette

you will fix it as part of your 4-wheel alignment.
is it an L-82 or an L-48 engine?
the L-82 had better heads with bigger ports and larger valves, longer duration cam with higher lift, better pistons and rings, higher compression, among other things.
if you have the L-48 you are probably running about 255 ft/lbs of torque at about 2500 rpm with 180 hp at around 3800 in '77
if you have the L-82 you are running about 210hp at 5200 rpm and 255ft/lb or torque at 3600rpm.
that's a sweet ride, enjoy it!
