Just curious what it "should" cost to replace a 2002 voyager turn signal switch (part, labor, etc), I'm In Buffalo, NY area if thats helpful.. thanks :)

if i remember right, the part is around 150 bucks and labor not more than 1.5 hours so around 300. they are easy to replace if you know somebody handy.

Carefully drive the vehicle to the local junkyard. It is not worth replacing a turn signal on a vehicle this cheap.

Addendum

Of course I am kidding. However, a Voyager is one of the worst cars on the road. You WILL got through at least 3 transmissions, perhaps an engine, and your electrical system will go kaput. It is a given - sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
