It seems like I am going faster than my speedometer says now. Does it need to be calibrated to the new larger tires?

I have a 1998 Jeep Wrangler 4 cylinder/manual with 69000 miles on it and it is a great jeep it just is kind of gutless. It has no balls. From a stop it leisurely goes through it's gears with no real pick-up. I want to give it a make over from the inside. Short of changing the engine to a 6 or 8 cylinder what can I do to give the thing some kick? I don't know much about servicing my own cars, but I learn fast and I have unlimited recourses, just not much money.

I recently flew to Europe and had a connection in Amsterdam. The first plane was late and I had to literally run to the next gate to make my connection. I did make it, but was sure that they did not have enough time to transfer my luggage. To my great surprise, my luggage arrived at the final destination together with me! How did they do it, is there a highly efficient luggage transfer system in airports? Is it possible that my checked-in luggage traveled by a different route?

I removed the carb and found 2cyl oil in the bottom of the intake manifold so I removed the next carb and found that one had no oil, the next one the same, whow thes the oil get in there?

I am interested in engines that run off of fuel other than gas and diesel fuel. In 1972 it was on TV about an engine that was made out of pvc and I think its fuel source was water. If anyone knows about this please contact me but email.
