That is a transmission code. What you have to do is take off the side cover of your transmission. Not the bottom pan where your filter is located but the side pan of your trans. There is a TCC (torque convertoer clutch) solonoid located inside. It also connects to that four pronged switch located on the outside of your transmission. Just remove the side pan and replace that switch. They are not very expensive either. Don't forget to buy a new pan gasket and a couple quarts of transmission fluid when your at the parts store. After you have it all back together and before you start it disconnect the battery (both the positive and negative terminals) and then reconnect them. This will clear any codes that you have. Start it and of coarse fill it up with trans fluid. Then take your car on a test drive and pay close attention to how it shifts. Also if all goes well check it out for codes when you get done with your test drive. Hope this advice helped you out and saved you a few hundred dollars.

It means the torque circuit switch is stuck open.

What does it entail? Well, it means torque converter clutch stuck on.Usually a faulty valve body or tcc pwm solenoid or both.First thing I would do is pull the pan and look for metal debris. After that you would need a factory or trans service manual to decide if you can do the repair. If it were a valve body and solenoid you may be able to do it.If it needs overhauled you should consult a pro or replace the trans with a re-manufactured unit. The solenoid is fairly cheap if you just want to try one.Do you have any other symptoms like the check engine light being on?

Unless you are really sure what you are doing, it's probably best to take it in and get it fixed.

Hihihihi, what kind of Diagnostic Machine? you mean the Scanner? "TCC open" that mean your Torque Converter Clutch control Solenoid is bad (open or close) the Solenoid is in the Valve Body in the Transmission, in order to replace it, you need to drop the oil pan, the TCC is the round Solenoid right corner closest to the Engine, pop the U clip, unplug the wire and put a new one in.
Good luck

it simply means the switch is bad,,and is not going to close ,,you will never have a torque converter lock up on it,,until it gets replaced,,you wont notice a real difference in the way it runs,,as long as it didn't go out in the closed position,,good luck with it.

Never heard of it. Call the dealer and ask for the maintenance department and ask them.
