I was told that you can purchase a ticket that allowes you to travel the world. One ticket, what you do is fly anywhere and stay as long as you want. Suposedly you can't return to somewhere after you have already been. I was told this by a friend who used to travel frequently. I was told that the cost of the ticket was around $2500.00. But I would have to say that it sounds reasonable if this is really true. Please someone help if this is true I need to be jet setting straight away. Post haste with out delay.......If you know anything about this or anything like this help me out! Thank you!

I had to dish out 250 just for the timing belt and now it cuts off and putters and skips like it would if you were learning how to drive a stick shift. This car is an automatic and the mechanic was like it has to get use to the new belt. I ahve talked to people and they say that it shouldn't do that.

The mechanic is a total moron. He fixes cars with spit, duct-tape, glue, banding wire and some chemical he makes up that leaves your car smelling like a pig sty for a solid week.

Fact--you take your car in to Willie for an oil change? He will get the car up on old coke cases and drain your used oil, then filter it through an old beach towel over a dish tub and put it back in your car!

We have had cars he has "fixed" to explode in parking lots just because the driver started the engine, cars to literally fall apart while waiting for a traffic light to change to green, cars to drop their engines at 30 mph, and cars to just start doing nose-over-trunk flips down the street for up to three blocks.

The latest incident caused by Willie's repairs? We have a widow with a '54 Plymouth she inherited from her father. It only had 30,000 miles. After Willie fixed it, the car sped to 140 mph, hit a barn and killed a cow. The widow survived, OK?

What to do? (I have suggeted lynching.)

clattering noise from what appears to be a stuck valve or lash adjuster. It is somewhat loud at idle but stops on takeoff or under a load. I've put 0W-20 syn. that has helped, but the noise is embaressing.
I have changed the timming belt and tensioner myself and belive I can tear down to the valves but lifting the cam and finding the right mark or posotion scaires me. How hard is this to do and describe for me if you will the adjusting of the lashes.

I have put items on to my car which are fitted to the better models of car in the same range. I have informed my insurance but want to add more and dont want insurance to go up.

My father believes that modification only applies to the engine but my belief is that if it makes it look more expensive therefore attractive to thiefs then that is a modification.

I would be grateful if anyone had any experience or could suggest a website that gives info. I would also be grateful if anyone knew of insurance companies that are sympathetic to modifcations.

thanks

I was flipping through some old Model Train magazines, and I came across an article about how this guy made a layout where there was an interchange between a City Belt Line and a Trunk Line.

I get that a Belt line connects the different railroads in the city to each other (Like the Belt Railway of Chicago, or the Indiana Harbor Belt) but I dont know what a TRUNK line really is (like the Grand Trunk Western). Can someone explain to me what one is? I would rather appreciate it. =]

The dealership said that there is nothing wrong with the air bag and they have had it shut off 5 times already. Does anyone have any ideas why the light could be coming on? Should I take it to a mechanic of my choosing or trust the dealership? They told me to bring it back on tuesday and they'll have Auto Tech turn the light off again. Any ideas? Any GM mechanics that have knowledge about digital dashboards in newer vehicles?

My fiance' and I will be getting a pop-up (pull-behind) camper after we marry, and we are looking for a good vehicle for pulling it on camping trips. We want a vehicle fully capeable of towing our future pop-up camper that will also - due to climbing gas prices - get the best fuel economy possible.

He has a F 150 302 1990. He is loosing coolent some where. Also he burns oil every so often going down hill. He thinks his either running rich or lean. Could a bad head gasket which would leak some coolent and oil cause the engine to run rich or lean?

I own a 92 pontiac sunbird. Due to prior ownership, the windshield is leaking and the trunk is rusting out. The car only has 118k miles on it and the engine is in good shape. I'd like to keep that car, but I'm not sure how to take care of either these problems. Are there things I can do to keep my trunk from rusting further and the windshield to stop leaking? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Don't bother with the get a new car comment that's not the kind of information I'm looking for.
