I have a '91 Jeep Wrangler with a 5 speed standarrtd shift. Some times I can't move the shift lever and have to really press hard on it to get it out of gear and into the next. It only happens when at a stand still or at very slow speeds (going from 1st to 2nd in traffic), never when driving highway. The clutch was replaced about 10,000 miles ago.

Although loud exhaust for cars and motorcycle are unlawful in most states. How come the police are not enforcing the law? The nosie is a violation of personal rights, whereas operating a motor vehicle is a privlage.

Local gas stations have just started caring the new ethanol gas and it's about 60 cents cheaper per gallon. My question is can any type of engine handle this gas? Does it have an impact on the car's performance or gas mileage?
