Choppers suck and are dangerous. The raked out forks give a slow turn, the high (monkey bars) cause over over turn and dampen control. Plus the loud pipes are a intrusion upon the normality and rights of the non motoring public. If ya want respect, ya gotta give respect. If you think loud pipes save lives....bull sh-t....and if your that Chicken sh-t, don't buy a bike and stay in your cage. BTW & FYI I'm a motorcyclist.

Don't get anything with a radical fork...the longer the front fork the more dangerous the bike. They may look great but they don't steer great.
So buy something reasonable. Try your local craigslist.com. I see those little mini choppers all the time.

Where are you and what do you consider cheap? Can get brand new OCC Style (same custom chrome kit they use) for about $20,000 built and painted
