Refer to the owners manuel of the vehicle, this is the best source for your answer. The tire size that stuffmeister gave you i noticed on the end is a 92V, which indicates that is a speed rated tire. you do not want to buy a speed rated tire except for applications where high speeds (such as police cars) are involved. speed rated tires are a thicker side walled tire and can give you a more stiff and bumpy ride than non speed rated tires.

On your lexis you have u can run up to a 20" wheel the bigger the wheel the smaller the tire size.So any size under 20" you are fine
