When I search these terms I keep getting Mexicans driving in America or American tourists in Mexico. I don't want either. I want to know if there's a Mexican equivalent of DMV. What are the driving laws in Mexico for Mexicans? Are they enforced? Is insurance required of their drivers? Are there online sources to answer this question?

When requesting a dealer to fax a purchase order to the establishment that you are trying to finance with, do you have to sign anything? I am new to car financing and I don't really know the process. If anyone has any tips, I would really appreciate it.

My son cut the wires to the computer (emc unit) in his pontiac 6000. Instead of unclipping the clip, he cut the wires. and the major problem is that there are several wires that are the same color. So how do I know what goes where. He has been threatened not to work on cars again. he is 17 by the way.

I just replaced the battery and am still having the problem. the car hesitates to start but will. The light comes on at high speeds or RPM and especially on the freeway in excess of 65 MPH. When driving around the city..no problem until I hit the gas hard. What is wrong with it?
