You will need your birth certificate, proof of address at your new place, and turn in your old id. I know you are probably so happy to leave NJ! I just left there 1 month ago and permanently moved to Maryland.

Move to PA.

Take the PA drivers written test.

Hand over NJ license.

I take it you're one of them who moved from NJ cause of the government shut down.LOL. I'd go to the PA DMV. I was born in Trenton. Sucks to be me.LOL. I'm just glad I don't live there anymore.

You need birth certificate, and usually 2 other sources of proof of res........bank statement, electric bill, loan agreement. Good luck. I miss PA!
