I would think Embankment north bound northern line. The reason is the platform is curved so the driver would not see you in time at the end of the platform by the the tunnel exit. Also the pit does not extend this far.

If a check is presented to a dealer for full payment of purchase price of a vehicle in the state of Washington, the dealer is informed the check is no good in advance but the intention is to swap the check at a later date with a valid check from insurance proceeds, does the dealer have a legaly binding contract if delivery was made at the time of presentatiom of the bogus check? What options does the buyer have in returning the vehicle if the buyer has serious doubts about the purchase and dealer is unwilling to take the vehicle back?

Why does the FA say "Federal Aviation Regulations require that we inform you that the flt deck door is located at the front of the cabin, and no entry will be permitted at any time"? It's not like these words are going to stop a terrorist.

Also, Has anyone noticed the new procedure for if the pilot has to go to the bathroom? On US Air, I noticed the FA goes to the cockpit, and the other one "guards the door". when the pilot wants to come back, he has to use the phone and call into the cockpit to re-enter.

The answer to this question is very important for me as I am thinking of buying a 1999 Buick LeSabre. I know a Honda and a Toyota can go upto 250K miles and a Lincoln can go even more, but how much can a Buick LeSabre go upto? What are the common problems found in a Buick LeSabre and is it very expensive to repair those? When should the timing/engine belt of a Buick LeSabre be changed and how often should the oil be changed? Any words of advice will be greatly appreciated.

I recently waxed my car, and a little of the wax dried on the black plastic around the rear view mirrors. It won't come off with a regular wet rag. What is a safe way of removing this wax?

I first released the handle by pulling down on the strap while tightening the fasteners. Next i pressed down the primary button and removed the safety shield cover, while turning the main scew to loosen the sping tension, only then winding some excess back onto a spool. I continued loosening the screws on the top plate lid and was able to properly insert the aluminum tabs into the rear slots. I rotated the main throttle control a quarter turn, before lowering both front levers. Dropping the main crank into the neutral position, I was careful not to completely unscrew the main housing assembly before engaging the clutch. i plugged in the starter and smoke filled the garage as the whole thing shuddered and finally stalled. I know it is a fire hazard but I wanted to fix it for pleasure use only. Does any one have a fix for this or know where i can find a decent used one? What should I do?

I have a 1987 VW Jetta GLi 16v. I've owned 5 Mk2 (1985-1992) Volkswagens and one Mk3 (1993-1999) VW and know them inside and out, just don't always have time to work on mine and fix a few of the things that could use fixing. If anyone has any ideas for a good, reasonable, independent (non-chain, non-dealer) VW mechanic somewhere South of Boston, MA, please post!

The one I mean with the actor with the German accent and the guy who always says its a hemi directing it. Then of course you have the others from other makes under the parent company doing the same. Have they made a turn for the better by saying that they get ideas out of the U.S. or have they sold out?

I have a 1.5 Peugeot 106 Diesel. Its got a 118000 on the clock and has had a fair amount of repairs, including new clutch, new alternator, new drivebelt, new battery and new brakes back and front.

Recently its start to drive as if a learner is behind the wheel (No its not my driving!). It decides to accelerate on its own as if you have a crap driver who has no clutch control and is very jerky. It feels like you have under average acceleration and then it suddenly gains a lot of power even though my foot has not moved on the accelerator. What could be the problem?

Does it just need a service or is it something more serious? I know it needs new glow plugs but that shouldnt be causing this problem. Im getting a full service done on Tuesday but I just wondered if anyone had any ideas why Im getting these sudden bursts of unwanted acceleration?

When I start my F3 it sounds choppy like a two cylinder and lately, its been making popping sounds from the exhaust. It also dies at low engine speeds. I checked all the spark plugs and they where kinda black and sightly wet looking. Can anyone offer me some help? Thanks.
