Dried Car Wax?

I recently waxed my car, and a little of the wax dried on the black plastic around the rear view mirrors. It won't come off with a regular wet rag. What is a safe way of removing this wax?

goo gone , wd40, kerosene on a q tip, dont use acetone or nail polish remover. diesel is the same a kerosene.
