If you don't change your watch when you travel, it will not read the correct local time if you're in a different time zone. When you get back home, it will read the correct time again. Assuming that it keeps good time in the first instance.

The clock does not have to be adjusted unless you want the correct time of where you are. If you do not change the clock then it will be the correct time when you get back to the country from where you started.
