We need to know what are the first steps to getting sponsors to support our magazines or where can I go to get information on starting up a magazine?

who is supposed to be full time. (gets benefits). but, hasnt worked more than 30 hrs a week in the past 7 months. Now, she announced that she is marrying one of the company's department supervisors. (yes, she issues him his paycheck). My question is...should this be allowed to go on?..how would you stop it. This secretary is in charge of payroll/human resources (workmans comp issues, benefits, etc) and is supposed to be the Owners secretary. Seems to me to be 2 issues. 1. working p/t but getting f/t benefits. 2. the relationship between her and the supervisor could be open to allegations and perceptions. Your thoughts?

Hello my name is George. Today a group of freinds told me they were going to set up a business for a young enterprise thing. They've been working on it for a few weeks now and they asked me if I could come up with a name for it and my interest grew. They then asked me if wanted to be part of this organisation to which i said yes.
However all is not well, I consider myself a buisness revolutionaire and want to do things MY way. How do I overthrow this buisness so that they are under my command and follow whatever I say? I've already started issuing them numbers rather than calling them by their names.

I took on a business partner who paid to own half of business. His wife was stealing from the checking account and altering and deleting bank statements. He informed me he had opened a checking account for the business. However his name appears on check as well as in very small print at signature line appears the company name. My partner claimed to have no knowledge of the missing funds until he went an got bank statment from bank since the copies his wife were turning in had been altered. I terminated the partnership immediately. What else can I do about this since I never had my name placed on the checking account but all funds deposited were proceeds from daily income of business.

Would it be wise to post the product without actually buying it first and when/if someone buys it then I go pick it up from the warehouse and then have it shipped? Do you have to buy products from wholesale warehouses in bulk?

I am starting a delivery service where I supply restaurants with food and other items. I applied for a sole proprietor business. Now I am not sure what to do, I know I need insurance (any advice on what kind). What else do I need, etc......tax id #, stuff for taxes, umbrella insurance???? Any advice will help. I am 21 years old, and I love children, I wold love to start my own daycare one day, I am independent, and have been babysitting for the last 3 years. Its okay, but I would love to start my own business, a day care was my first thought, although I am open to ideas, so my questions are: what other business can I start relating to children requiring minimal education? and will I be able to start a daycare with bad credit?
