This is a scam. Craiglist has an option for you to report this. So, report it. You should only deal with local people, and never sign over a title to anyone without first verifying the funds with that bank.

Don't sound like a joke or a confused foriener. Its a scam you take the check put ib your account pay who needs to be paided then in a few weeks the bank says you owe for the check oh well.

Scam, all the way through it's a scam. Usually the terminology and wording is a dead giveaway.
Just ignore it and wait for a more legit response comes in about your car.

I've had the same and similar scams on craigslist.
