Standard price for a domain name is $14.95. There are a few places that charge less ($6.95 at Go Daddy), but ALL domain names will be charged for, they're not free.

Free hosting is everywhere, just google 'free web hosting' and you'll find a bunch. Check out their FAQ sections, some don't allow 'stores' or have restrictive rules. Most of the free sites also have limited bandwidth--if you go over then they upscale you to a paid account.

There is absolutely no way you can get a free domain. However, you can find free domain hosting, although it'll have restrictions and stuff.

If you want me to lie to you, I can give you a bunch of fake sites to give you false hope, but my answer is the BEST answer you're going to get. I have followed questions like these for a while, and no one had posted a legitimate free domain site. You can't find something that does not exist.
