she has all the necessary paperwork to get started. but im thinking she should look into getting a building. because we still have to get the landlords permission. and im not sure he will because of the liability issue. also can you make good money doing this

hi there. My friend and I want to start our own invitation, birthday, birth annoucements, graduations..etc card business. We are both working full time and are doing this part time from our homes then if/when it gets big enough we want our own storefront. So how do we start? Whats the steps we need to take to get this? I work for a company and I was hired as a driver. They don't have enough hours for me to drive so they also have me work in the shop to get my 40 hrs.

I've been told to keep track of my hours because they don't want me working overtime in the shop, if they have to they'll pay me overtime for the road but they don't want to pay it for shop work.

Well today I was scheduled to work a 13+ hour day on the road and leave at midnight. Prior to this I had asked if I could get off early on the day before so I can get some rest, they were ok with it.

Well yesterday I left after 6 hours to get home and get rest.

When I got back from my 13+ hours today I was asked not to leave early on the day before because they're busy in the shop and I'm told they want me to get as many hours in the shop.

I try to explain that I worked 13+ hours today. I'm going to have to take some time off some time in the week why not on monday?

He then just says don't take off the day before anymore.

What kind of business could i start with 10k cash in the bank, and an income of 3k per month after all personal expenses and taxes

Ive been selling stuff online and it makes good money, but i want to get into something more solid. I want to get into real estate, and ive been looking around and i think i could get into it with what i have listed above - but it would be a huge gamble. Id like to start with something smaller that generates good money, but mor importantly has a steady income. My current business is completely unreliable, and doesnt have much room to grow.

I was thinking stocks looks like something to get into. But that doesnt seem to reliable eithr. What do you think i should get into? Keep in mind that i dont have any real skills or degrees, but i am very capable, and would be willing to take classes and leanr from somebody or whatever it takes.

I know it's a weird question, but I am trying to get rid of some stuff but at the same time make some money. Consignment shop will either strait buy out your stuff as soon as u walk in or they will wait and pay u 50/50 when it sells. So, I was just wondering if anyone knew which way would pay more? I have an employee who is rather spiteful and a couple days after she was terminated asked for a work comp claim form...can she legally file after termination? I know its not really valid but I like to keep a clean history with my inc company.

I've been filling in online quotes and I have been finding it asks me for a value for Business Records.

How do I know how much value to place in this area?

I see these jobs posted in the employment sections of the newspaper. I am a housewife looking for some part time work at home. The companies have websites where you have to purchase their software before you can start the data entry job. I just want to know if these companies are legitimate or if they're just a scam.
