she has all the necessary paperwork to get started. but im thinking she should look into getting a building. because we still have to get the landlords permission. and im not sure he will because of the liability issue. also can you make good money doing this

you can make great money babysitting. have her do it out of the house for a while, see if she likes it, how many customers she gets, if you'll be ok with it. then she can find a bigger place and maybe have employees.
