What kind of business could i start with 10k cash in the bank, and an income of 3k per month after all personal expenses and taxes

Ive been selling stuff online and it makes good money, but i want to get into something more solid. I want to get into real estate, and ive been looking around and i think i could get into it with what i have listed above - but it would be a huge gamble. Id like to start with something smaller that generates good money, but mor importantly has a steady income. My current business is completely unreliable, and doesnt have much room to grow.

I was thinking stocks looks like something to get into. But that doesnt seem to reliable eithr. What do you think i should get into? Keep in mind that i dont have any real skills or degrees, but i am very capable, and would be willing to take classes and leanr from somebody or whatever it takes.

you should get into a business that :
1> Something you REALLY LIKE.
2> Something you are really excited about.

Start by working FOR SOMEONE in that field. After you get some experience, ask your boss about buying into that business, becoming a part owner or co-owner. Continue to work hard and save money until you can afford to either buy out your partner's interest or buy your own business.
Good Luck to you.

Learn how to rehab hosue, volunteer your ntime if you need to. Once you know how and learn financing RE at the same time. Few months dow the road with hard work it may ge you ready to be in real estate and rehab work.

If you get all that, then let hear more if you need more direction.

$10K is plenty to start in RE if you know how.

Good Luck

Look for a business model that doesn't require lots of cash....Sweat equity, instead. Learn as you go. Not get quick rich.
Good Fortune to You.
