take it up with your immediate supervisor / boss, someone who your report to first.

they can then take the relevant steps for the contract to be passed to someone to agree to it and sign it. depends really on how big the company you work for is.

just make sure when you hand it over, you get a receipt for it and state when you need it agreed to by, just to cover yourself.

You mean you want to change your existing Contract of Employment ?

Take it up with your Boss and HR Dept. (also your Union Rep).

If you mean they have offered you a new Employment Contract & you don't understand it, go to your Union Rep. or local Citizens Advise Bureaux (CAB).
