This is a small vocational school with a gross of $350K to 400K and a net of 25-30K to the S-corp and about the same as salary to the owner. Not a lot of hard assets, been in business 13 years. Possible buyer is a community college. I appreciate your help.

This is my first time selling something on ebay
im selling a jersey and im confused about the shipping
is it the higher i set my shipping, the more money that will go in my pocket once someone buys my item
or is it wutever i set the shipping to, my paypal is also charged for shipping and the buyer pays for shipping too, so it evens out?
if the 2nd one's true, then will my paypal account be charged for shipping when i directly finish putting the item up for sale? or will my account be charged when my item is bought??

im soo confused :(

Ok I want to start a business that at first will be primarily an Ebay kind thing but can grow into more in the future; I know I need a business license but that's all I know. I know of some wholesale distributors that I can order products from, and one thing that I need to know is: can I order these things from the distributor one by one or do I have to buy everything in bulk? I have started a bookkeeping business and I am interested in learning to do taxes.

I'm thinking I would like to do just personal taxes and maybe work my way into small business taxes.

Is it easy to learn to file taxes? And what software is recommended (QuickBooks user)? How much should I charge?

I am just trying to make up my mind if I want to put the time and money into learning this. I realize I will have costs involved and I am wondering if it will be worth it.

I work with a small staffing company. We have around 80 clients. Usually we make gift baskets with different types of breads (banana, pumpkin, lemon), candy, calendars, pens, etc...
