How do I start a website...I need every little detail...

Type in 'free websites' onto www.google.com and check out the various ones that come up. They'll have a FAQ and usually a sample page where you can try putting a site together. Most are point and click nowadays, you do the site yourself just by looking at the selections offered. They work by templates--pick and choose.
