I do not know computer too well , it there a wedsite or anythings that would help with with excel, mirco soft word ? i like to having some training myself ? thanks,

I don't know of a website where you can learn excel but I do know where you can learn and/or improve your typing skills. That is where I go all the time to practice on my typing. Go to powertype.com or powertyping.com and choose a paragraph and start typing. It will give your results right away and if you like to do it over again you can. Keep practicing typing too because offices requre that as well.

All those have the 'books for dummies' available. If you go to a half price bookstore you can get the books at a discount. I taught myself Excel by book, it wasn't that hard.
