It looks like you do not know how to do this at all. My recommendation is to start study and read about this on the Internet there are a lot of resources. Do search on google and you will find a lot of info. Then you have to have cash to invest in you site like monthly fees, Internet connection, hosting etc. Also you have to have clear idea what you want to do, offer products resell, offer services or something else. Start a little by little. Do not rush and read a lot. Up to here is the easiest part. Now let say you did all of the above now you have to promote or advertise you business so people can find you on the Internet . That is the hard part and takes 6+ months. Most people think that if they have Internet they can create business fast and I was one of them but check my web site http://www.ezwebbuy.com it took me one year to get this up and running and I still advertise and work on it and I have just started making money. Some weeks a good some I have no sells but gets better and better but very slow. Well you may have better luck and do more for less time and have bigger success. It is not easy but do not give up that is the main thing and you will succeed in your way. Good luck.
