We are a family of 3 with 2 well behaved friendly boxers. We can afford between 1200-1350 a month. The home must have yard, and a basement.

If you are a landlord and have something like this for rent....please contact me or reply with your information.

Thank you.

It's rumoured that high-density housing developers have bought the garden of the house opposite us. Does anyone have any ideas of sneaky/clever ways in which we and the neighbours can scupper their plans? Ta! :-)

Property appraiser website says:

Front 62
Depth 110
Total Land Unit 62.00

How much of one acre does this mean?? 62% I have no idea. Gotta see prices for privacy fencing.

I have a contracy through Sears for my Oil Furnace, a couple of weeks ago the lady who rents from me called me and told me the Furnace wasn't kicking on, so I called Sears and made an appointment for it to be fixed. Unfortunatly it was a week out before it could get fixed. I gave the Renter 3 heaters including a kerosene heater. This is a single wide Mobile Home. Unbeknownst to me she went ahead and had it fixed on her own, she didn't want to wait for Sears. Now my contract with Sears is null n void. I just paid $300.00 for the yearly contract. Now she is telling me I should pay for the service she called for which cost her $200.00. The rentor let the fuel run out and that's why the furnace stopped working. As long as she's living there I can't have Sears do a check up on the furnace for fear she will tell them about someone else fixing it. Should I evict her?

We have a piece of property that is paid for, we have a mobile home on the lot but we never got around to having a well dug or a septic system put in. We are now wanting to either move into the existing mobile home or have another replace it. What is the first step? Do we contact the septic or well people or do we go to the town and ask for permits?

I am going to live abroad and I need to sell the house in question before I leave. My cousin who now resides in Canada has a registered charge on the house. I have already sent him the form DS1 and the guidance notes, as well as several emails, all of which he is ignoring.

I have been informed that I can apply to the HM Land Registry to have the charge removed from the register. My cousin would then have to respond to mine and the HM Land Registry's communications or the charge would be removed. I have contacted the Land Registry but they are not being helpful. I need to know how I can start this process off and which forms are required?

I own a 2 family home and live on the first floor. My tenant's have a lease that ends on June 30th. I've already told them I will not renew. They've been looking and I thought they had a new place to go, but now tonight the police were here and he was taken to the hospital for drug overdose. He has been in rehab four times since the first of January. How can I get him out of here when he can't keep himself out of rehab long enough to get his mess here cleaned up and leave. It's getting so I fear for my own safety with him here. It's an ummarried couple with 2 babies.

I am interested in having a home built because I think that maybe it would be more affordable for me to have a home bult vs a home that is already built. I don't have a down payment to put on a home that is already built and if i take out a loan from the bank to put a down payment on the house, then I would have to pay the bank and real estate and that would just be more money that I can't pay.. But If I were to just take out a loan and have a home built, the only people I would have to pay back is the bank. Does this sound like I would be making a good decision if I were to have a home built vs. buying one?
