It depends in which area you are looking for, If it is Andheri (West) you have to pay more and if it is in Andheri (East) it is less. Generally in Andheri(W) that also depends it it is near Lokhandwala then it is around Rs. 10,000 per Sq ft. to enable to purchase plus registration charges plus stamp duty plus expenses for registration i.e drafting of sale deed and fixing time with registrar and other formalities. If you are buying a newly constructed property from the builder then you might be required to pay 9000 per sq ft. but if you take a re-sale property without formation of society then builder charges transfer charges ranging from 100 per sq. ft. to 150 but if it already formed society then minimum25000 to be paid to the society but generally societies are charging 1,00,000 for transfer. If it is in Andheri (East) you may get the property at 8000 to 8,500 per sq ft but other things shall not change. Now, it depends on the are you require. More the are more the cost. So plan accordingly.
