I'd like to purchase a camping facility (one day) and would like an estimate of how much one would cost.

The problem with this is most of the camping facilities are public property... such as those in state and national parks. They are operated by the government, and not for sale. The best thing to do is contact your local BLM office (link below) and ask them about long-term leases you can acquire. They manage public land but lease a lot of it to private individuals... for usually pretty reasonable prices.

Other than that, perhaps try the real-estate listings in your local newspaper, or in Craigslist (link below). This will give you some access to private property listings.

It depends on which state your are in. Best bet is to look at your local MLS, mulitple listing service. In addition, working w/a realtor would save you time and money. And, if you are the buyer you do not pay. Hope this helped.
