My upstairs neighbors are very active throughout the night and I am constantly losing sleep over the amount of noise that they make. The last three times that I have complained about them the property manager has assured me that the next time they receive a complaint on these tenants they will be evicted. I've requested to be released from my lease because of their lack of action. How do I get results from this person?

When I went to jail my nephew said he would take care of my Dad until I got out. Well my Dad is very old and can't remember things that good.
So what my nephew does is puts him in a home and has him sign the house over to him. My dad is still alive and I am out of jail. I want to know is there anyway I can get the house back?

we are buying a homeand they are offering some incentives if we buy a loan from that particular company,we've not yet decided but we are getting better rates from the bank,we'll definitely shop and find out which one is better for the long term, now practically they are forcing us to get the loan from their company,is their any chances that they can deny to build the house or force us to buy that loan.

I have found a property in Cape Verde that I wish to buy, it's a fully furnished studio flat in a new establishment (although the flat is not brand new). It is very cheap at just under £27,000. I am 21 years old and definitely want to move out of Britain, away from the rip-off government. I am in full-time employment, on a fairly low wage, but getting a loan for £27,000 to pay back over a long period of time shouldn't be too much hassle. Anything I should take into account with regards to a loan and the actual purchasing of the property beforehand? (If I do get this property, I have a plan to rent it out for a few months of the year, during which time I'll be back in England).

My previous tenants owed 4 months rent & vacated the property on the court date. They vandalised my property before leaving. They still live in SE London, and I have seen them a few times at the shopping centre. One of them even bragged about their actions. How can I obtain their current address? How do I recover my money? I have problems paying my mortgage because of their actions. Thanks

Are there programs in Indiana that would help a first time home buyer get a discount of some sort if you're a teacher ? Granted I've already been preapproved but in light of my credit history it was a conventional loan 100% if that helps.

I put an ad in craigs list to rent out my basement apartment. I've had a couple of responses but 1 in particular stands out.

This woman claims that she's moving to the US from Australia and that she wants to secure the place and asked for my work addy & phone # to send me a money order. Thats not the weird part. Its the way she responds to my emails. She keeps on repeating that shes a model (like I care) and her responses are very personal. She told me that both her parents died, she likes swimming, playing tennis, studied to be an artist (why is she telling me this?). She hasn't even seen the place and she wants to send me $1200.

I'm getting a weird vibe from this, what do you think?

I live on a costal Island on the Costal South Carolina. My homeowners (condo) insurance just went up from $487/year to $1200+. in addition to this I pay over $3,000 on regieme insurance (tat covers anything on the outside and the building structure itself.) All blamed first a few years ago on 911 and now on Katrina, anyone else having this problem and how did you deal with it.

I just rented a house on the 17th of this month and since then my landlord has walked in my house without "knocking" three seperate times!!! The first two times I saw he pulled up so I got dressed and before I know it he was already in the house. NOOOOO knock ... the second time I watched him as he came to the door and he lightly tapped the door once and started with the key immediately and bam...right there he was in my house. I was trying to be nice because he is elderly and my car was broke down and not at the house... He said he thought I was not home but yet he knew I would not have my car... Anyways... Last straw was today... I am laying in my bed 10am... and I hear my front door slam.. I freaked... I was yelling who is that and ran into the living room. There he is ... once again... He said he knocked several times... but I deffinately would have heard it and given his track record... I know he is lying... Then he said I thought you were not home... (My car is on the carport

I'm 25, and I seriously considering buying my first property. I had some money in my Roth IRA that I was going to use for a down payment, but after reviewing the guidelines further I realized the money would have to be in there for at least 5 years for me not to incur any penalties. I don't want to wait 5 years to buy my first property.

Like a lot of people in my generation, I currently live at home. I really want to get ouf of this current situation within the next few months. I really want to get my own place. I figure why rent, when I can own.

A no down payment mortgage seems like an interesting option but I'm a little weary that it may be too risky. Do these type of loans generally carry higher rates? What are some of the risks involved?
